We do our best to dispatch all orders placed by 3pm (GMT) on the day of the order. Deliveries to mainland UK addresses are free, and usually take 24-48 hours. However, at times and for reasons outside of our control, the courier network can be a little chaotic and delays can happen. At these times we ask for a little patience, and you can always drop us an email/phone call for further updates to your delivery.
Shipments to countries outside the UK will be subject to import VAT/Tax and duties. The customer is responsible for all charges of this nature. If, when contacted by our shipping partner (UPS/FedEx/TNT etc.), a customer refuses to pay the import VAT/Tax and duties, and the order is returned to us by the carrier, then the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and these will be deducted from any refund due. Please also note, that should the customer refuse to pay the import VAT/Tax and duties, then the customs agency can also destroy the goods at the customer’s expense.
If you are a company based in the European Union, please also include your EORI number in the shipping details.
All shipments outside the UK are subject to zero rate (0%) UK VAT.
With any international shipment, delays can happen. We do our best to mitigate this, by choosing the best shipping partners, however, at certain times of the year, this can be out of our control.
Please make sure that you supply your email address and phone number on ALL international orders, so we at NDP or the courier can contact you if needed.
